Hello Amazon Team,

My account is in healthy status and in no violation of any policy. Amazon demanded my identity verification documents to verify my information in seller central. When I provided the documents to Amazon, I received an emmail on 16 May, 2024 stating that my account is deactivated. I want to reinstate my account and I can provide any document that Ammazon deems necessary. I tried multiple times in the following Case IDs to get my account reinstated.

Looking over the situation and your previous thread where @Nikki_Amazon, I can confirm at this time that the account is no longer eligible for reactivation. The store will remain closed at this time, you are however allowed to provide additional or new information but I cannot guarantee any response from these teams. These decisions are typically final and our review teams do not disclose the reasons or how they came to this decision.

I would additionally advise against the creation of any new accounts as this will violate our code of conduct and multiple accounts policy. Any new or associated store will be eligible for immediate deactivation along with funds and or inventory being held.
