amazone partnered carrier

I am new i have creat my first shippment plan using amazone partnered carrier program after submit detail and i chose by ocean shipping and confirm shipping fee now they told me that i give some document for custom clearness to that carrier who's pick up my goods.My goods are come from china to usa FBA ware house. i want to know that amazone did not DDP shipping i attach a sceen shot of what document he say to give.please guide
