Request a refund of the money
Hello I would like to request the refund of the subscription of my professional account How do I have to do it? i do not have any product for sale, no listing nor have I used any benefits, I created the account to sell individually and they charged me the monthly fee of professional account, I know how to change to individual account but I do not know how to request the refund right now I do not have time to dedicate to the store and that's why I would like to request that refund and leave the store as an individual until I can dedicate the time I need, I do not want to be paying every month for something that I can not use
