How do I add additional phone numbers to log in to Amazon?

I need to add 3-4 phone numbers to allow 3-4 people to log in. I had 4 phone numbers set, but at some point Amazon deleted everything.

We received two tips from Amazon:

1. "You can add a phone number by going to your Account Info>Your seller profile and choose the marketplace and then click edit."

It does not work - the phone number is replaced, the phone number is not added.

2. "You can try to add a phone number by Account Info>under Business information click Business Address and Phone Number"

It also doesn't work - the phone number is replaced, the phone number is not added.
