Seller Fulfilled Deactivation due to Dropshipping Violation

Hi there! I hope someone can help me with my issues with appealing the seller-fulfilled deactivation due to dropshipping violations.

I received a notification from Amazon stating that may seller-fulfilled privilege has been removed because of dropshipping issue. I am the founder of my company and we have brand registry with Amazon. The thing is, there's someone who bought a large amount of inventory from us and they are selling on Amazon. This person was the one engaging in dropshipping as he was fulfilling order on behalf of other sellers and I have nothing to do with it and I am not doing the dropshipping. Although I already sent my products to Amazon warehouse to do FBA, there are some listings in my inventory that are removed and the only way to resolve it is to submit an appeal reg the deactivation even though we're planning to sell everything through FBA.

Here's the email I received from Amazon:

Hello , Your seller-fulfilled offers have been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with the Amazon Drop Shipping policy. A reserve equal to your gross sales amount for the preceding 14 days will apply while your account is under review. Although your offers have been deactivated, we still consider you an active seller in our stores. As such, continue to focus your attention on keeping promises to buyers so that your account is in good standing if you take the appropriate steps to reactivate your offers. This includes continuing to ship open orders, responding to buyer inquiries, and handling return and exchange requests. Why did this happen? We have taken this measure because we have found that you have repeatedly violated the Amazon Drop Shipping policy. Drop shipping or allowing a third party to fulfill orders to customers on your behalf, is not acceptable unless it is clear to the buyer that you are the seller of record. When a customer sees packaging and invoices or receipts identifying a seller that is not you nor Amazon, they may be confused about how their order is being fulfilled and who they should contact with any problems or questions.

Already submitted an appeal 4 times but it is still got denied.

Here's the copy of my appeal:

Dear Amazon,

We are writing to appeal the recent deactivation of our seller-fulfilled account on Amazon due to alleged dropshipping violations. We understand the seriousness of maintaining a high standard of integrity and compliance within the Amazon marketplace, and we genuinely regret any violation that may have occurred.

Upon careful review of our account and the concerns raised, we acknowledge that our previous reseller, who bought a large amount of inventory from us back then, was indeed engaging in dropshipping practices over which we had no control. Although he may still have some inventory to do the dropshipping, we want to assure you that we have taken immediate action to address this issue. In fact, we have made a strategic decision to discontinue authorizing any resellers altogether, as we plan to exclusively sell our products directly on Amazon.

We understand that drop shipping can negatively impact the customer experience, and we fully support Amazon's efforts to uphold a transparent and reliable platform. Our commitment to compliance aligns with Amazon's policies and guidelines, and we assure you that such violations will not occur in the future.

To rectify the situation and prevent any further incidents, we have implemented the following measures:

Termination of Reseller Agreements: We have terminated all existing reseller agreements and communicated our decision to discontinue authorizing any resellers moving forward.

Enhanced Monitoring: We have implemented a stringent monitoring system to ensure that no dropshipping activities are taking place on our seller-fulfilled account. This includes regular audits of orders, shipping locations, and fulfillment processes.

Direct Selling Only: Going forward, we will solely sell our products directly on Amazon, eliminating the possibility of unauthorized resellers engaging in dropshipping practices.

Staff Training: We have conducted comprehensive training sessions with our team members to educate them about the importance of complying with Amazon's policies and guidelines.

We genuinely value our partnership with Amazon and the opportunity to serve customers on your platform. Our commitment to providing exceptional products and a seamless shopping experience aligns with Amazon's vision, and we are determined to regain your trust. We kindly request that you reconsider the deactivation of our seller-fulfilled account and reinstate it at your earliest convenience. We assure you that we have taken the necessary steps to rectify the issue and prevent any further violations. We are eager to demonstrate our dedication to compliance and contribute positively to the Amazon marketplace.
