The first thing to do is go to the website of gepir and search if YOU are the owner of your UPC. If you used your UPC for listing a product, you can't use it again, even if you delete this listing.

My UPC was purchased from GS1 more than a month ago. Any suggestions how to solve it?
1. It can take a month or more for Amazon to correlate with the GS1 site with the newly issued UPC's. No one seems to know how often Amazon correlates, and how quick GS1 it to update its file.
2. Hopefully, the GS1 UPC matches the ownership of your Selling Account/Company/Brand Name. You do not want a UPC who's brand name is different that the brand on the product you are attempting to sell.
3. Just wait. Seller support will be of no help. What you type your UPC into your internet browser, what comes up? Hopefully it is the product you purchased the UPC for.

Same issue
I requested a call to better understand the request and resolve this issue i have in listing on amazon. The associate did not respond to my call after many greetings "hello..hello" and no reply. then they sent the same email i received earlier twice. Its frustrating that i am trying to list my products and no one can help up to this point.
