Amazon Buy Shipping protections

Hello.

I am part of the Amazon Buy Shipping protection. Does anyone know the process for filing claims that fall under the Amazon buy shipping protection?

For example. If we ship an order using the Amazon purchased label and the customer states that they did not receive the order. We verified on the tracking that the photo is not the customer's address. How do we get our money back if we have to

1. Refund the customer or reship the order?

Another example is if a customer states that the item arrived damaged by the carrier but the label was purchased through Amazon how do we file a claim to get our money back since we have to either reship or refund the order

I just need clarification on the process and steps when your under this program. Any knowledge about this will help greatly!

You don't. Assuming you shipped on time and bought the label from Amazon, you direct the customer to open an A to Z claim and Amazon resolves the delivery issue with the customer.

@Seller_8ESHZD3bXlVUvis correct. Do not reship or refund the customer. Instruct them to file an A to Z claim and Amazon will issue them the refund out of their own pocket as long as you provide them the shipping information, tracking, proof of delivery and remind them that it was shipped using Buy Shipping. The order must have shown Claims Protected at time of shipping for this to matter.
