Product Condition Complaint - Defective - Help!

2 months ago, my product recieved a Product Condition Complaint from a person stating that they believed the bottle my product came in was not plastic. This is so incorrect and any reasonable person could pick up my product and feel the bottle is absolutely plastic, however, I have not been able to convince amazon of this. I have submitted almost daily POAs & appeals without any success.

Has anyone beat these allegations and if so, what was the content of your POA or appeal?

The detail page is where sellers showcase their product and provide an adequate and accurate description of that item. Buyers come to Amazon because they know they can trust the store, so they depend on the information shown between the description and the images provided within a listing to help them make the decision to purchase an item. The best way to put it is in the form of a question- Why were the buyer's expectations not met?

Was there any information within the listing which could have influenced the buyer to think the item was not in a plastic bottle? What about the images on the listing? Did they product any elaboration on what made the bottle feel like any other than plastic?

As far as your next steps, I do have a couple of questions. What information are submitting in the POAs and appeals? What information was included in the initial performance notification?
