Booksellers: Are you able to provide itemized invoices for the used books you list at Amazon?

I have over 1800 books at FBA which are currently active, but I cannot create any new listings. In other words, I am "eligible to sell', but "not eligible to list". The reason being; I am asked to provide an itemized invoice for a used book I had listed earlier.

The book has been printed in 1977, and no new copy is available in any of the markets. I bought this book from a Library Friends store, and I only have the receipt that shows the number of the books I bought that day and the total I paid. Since their source is only reader donations, they don't keep an itemized inventory, and they sell them by count like any of the friends or thrift stores. So they are not capable of generating an itemized invoice.

There are currently 7 sellers at Amazon that listed this book in used or collectible condition, and I am sure, if asked, hardly any of them will be able to provide the itemized invoice that has been requested from me.

I have 96% customer satisfaction and a Green (236 points) health record. But I don't know what I can do with my account while I still have so many books at the FBA.
