As a company that has been working with Amazon for 10 years, we are deeply saddened to learn that AMAZON support a common thief and ignore us with refunding order without listening us using atoz channel.

Please focus on your unilateral wrong decision in this matter and bring an urgent correction. You owe us at least respect and trust in return for the services and payments we have provided so far.

1) All products come from related producer in specially protected packages and are sent to the customer with the same care,

2) The original supply documents we have attached belong to the delivered product,

3) To date, we have sold and delivered thousands of the same products.

4) When an order is returned, the money for all products that pass the checks without any problems are refunded without any problems. The refund made for received same products as return.

5) In this delivery, the customer replaced the original towel set with a fake one and made a return. You can see this clearly from the pictures from CUSTOMER MESSAGES.

You gave this person a reward by returning the money that belonged to us. You penalized us because we delivered the correct product without any errors.

It's sort of funny that you think you have been working "with " Amazon for all these years. Amazon doesn't work with you; they take your money and allow you to use their platform to sell stuff.

They will most likely not give you any money back because it is well known that they condition their buyers to do just what they did.
