Buyer says he didn't receive the package
Even after the package has been delivered to the buyer, the buyer says that he did not get the product. It was delivered on time. The product was delivered to the same address given by the buyer.

If you used Amazon's Buy Shipping, instruct the buyer to submit an 'item not received' claim (they have to go through the the process from their Orders screen.

If you didn't use Amazon shipping, or didn't have it IN THE HANDS of the local carrier's location by the "ship by" date, refund..................

Empire Bed - Did you use Buy Shipping? Any updates?

What River_Retail said. Send the customer to the claims process. In fact, make yourself a nice template to send customers in these instances, because there is no shortage of scammers and moron customers on Amazon. Let them deal with Amazon.

Agreed. Please use the reporting tools available to sellers for handling these kind of buyer situations.

+1 if you have templates for these kind of situations, use them. Sellerocity - what are yours?

Did you use Amazon shipping?
If not the customer can file a claim and win.
No matter what the tracking states.
Amazon should change its policy to say if the tracking shows it was delivered then it is between the buyer and the Post Office.
PO has geotracking. This shows where a package was delivered within six feet.
We never get any non-delivery complaints on our website. Only Amazon.

It happened also to me and Amazon sent me the photo done by the courier of the pack in front of my house. So the pack was stolen by somebody or by the courier after the photo,

Amazon gives to the buyer to have the refund or get the product shipped again. In any case you lost the product. If refunded you lose more money.

100% Another Scamazon tactic to increase their bottom line and reduce yours . They do not even acknowledge 'Signature Required' deliveries as valid when the signature that is on the carriers tracking is the same as the buyer. The Federal government even uses THAT as evidence in court to arraign people for items delivered that are deemed 'illegal'. If that process has held up in a court of law, WHY does Amazon continue to be so obtuse? 64 Million dollar question right there...
