MY AMAZON MEXICO ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEACTIVATED

Today I received an email from amazon Mexico that my seller account had been deactivated. No explanation for the deactivation was provided. This deactivation has also taken place in my Canada and US seller sites. I am trying to get my account reactivated.

A week ago I received notice that my account was at risk of deactivation because I was 24 hours later in mailing two orders. The reason for this was that amazon required updated information on my credit card linked to my seller account. Although I complied multiple times, it was taking them more than five working days to grant me full access to my account. That was why I was one day late in fulfilling my orders; I had been blocked from full access to my account. I also sent both customers an email apologizing for the delay. I also never received any explanation from amazon as to what the issue was concerning my credit card.

The other issue is that I keep receiving Amazon Seller Notifications concerning eligibility for featured offers. No matter how many times I make adjustments to the prices the same emails are being sent to me. Eventually, I simply started ignoring them because my adjustments for certain items never seemed to be recognized by seller central.

An experienced seller would still need to know more about the buy box eligibility, probably about the category of your products too. The price is not something that would trigger a warning of deactivation afaik, you can ignore those as long as they are pricing recommendations, not real deactivating threats. If you are selling a highly competitive listing then you have to be aware of malicious competitors who can trigger amazon alerts. Its not common but itd be good to rule it out.

Find a way to call the support on the phone and figure out what the problem is.

Hello @Seller_omUblWQVH7ibq,

Thank you for contacting Amazon Forums.

Taking a look at your case, I see there is an ongoing investigation, therefore you need to wait until investigation is complete for you to know if you appeal was approved or if you need to take any additional action.

For you to confirm this, please follow these steps:

  1. Access your Seller Central Account
  2. Select the Mexico Account
  3. You will see a banner in the home page indicating Your account has been deactivated > Reactivate your account, click on it.
  4. Once you click on it, it will take you to your Account Health dashboard. In the upper right corner it says "Review Submission" and indicates the status of your submission right underneath it. Nevertheless, you can still click on Review Submission.
  5. When you click on that, you will see the status of your appeal right on top of the screen.

As indicated in your Seller Central account, these are the things you can do:

  • Monitor the performance of your account on Account Health.
  • Check Performance Notifications for more information on your submission.
  • No further action is required from you at this time.

Being said this, there is no further action we can take in Amazon Forums at this moment, since there is an ongoing investigation. In case the result of the investigation leads to concerns or doubts, please feel free to follow up with us in this thread, so I can investigate further.

Sincerely, Jurgen_Amazon
