hi I’m a just lunch my accounts here. I like to know about return and refund strategy. If buyer receives the package before the due date and returns the product with received late delivery. How I can give refund the item, fully or Partially? I’m very appreciate with your help to understand me.

You should be able to see all the refund options through the Manage Returns Tool, which is highlighted in this Help page. That page also recommends waiting to issue a refund until you receive the item back in most cases, in the event that any extenuating circumstances impact the return. That should help make the determination if a full or partial refund is your best next step.
