Trying to kick out a hijacker from my registered trademark
Hello, I have a hijacker in my Amazon listing, I tried to report him for counterfeit, but I cannot select that option because it says: "Not Valid For Reporting Counterfeit"
My trademark brand was published (registered) two days ago. So I guess I shouldn't have any problem for using the report for counterfeit.

Hello @Seller_O3oz61iVxazRr,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and you are correct that with a "fully" registered TM, you can move forward with reporting counterfeit.
I do want to suggest that you take some time and review the Intellectual Property for Rights Owners help page. This is a very robust help page, but review the sections "Types of notices not accepted on Amazon" and "Reporting Infringement." These 2 sections will provide you the best information that should be included and left out of you complaint.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best, Dougal
