I am currently active amazon seller.
My query is since i am seller can i be the affiliate on same time and do the affiliate marketing and get the benefits from ?
if is it possible can i use my same seller central account credentials for amazon affiliate program registration?
what is amazon policy regarding this. It would be great if amazon support team also answer on this topic.

Yes, you can enroll for the affiliate program. I think the credentials are all the same.
Note that you will get 6 months to show that you are active and generating clicks; if your traffic is too low, then you will lose your affiliate status (although you can reapply later; not sure how long you have to wait). So if you are starting a blog or social media presence or similar, I would wait until you have some content and/or followers before enrolling. (we signed up too soon; lost our status at review time).
