Account inactive, help!
Hello,
When I log into my Seller Central account, I see the message: "Your account is inactive - To reactivate your store, you may need to add a new credit card and verify your identity."
I’ve updated my credit card, but stil lthe account is inactive. I could not find phone number to call the support team.
I URGENTLY neeed to access my account to be able to dowload the tax reports.
