Can not match Featured Offer recommeded Price - Lost Buy Box

Hello,

I have multiple listing in CA marketplace under Remote Fulfilment By Amazon from US, but 3 of them are missing the featured offer (lost Buy Box). On Pricing Health, recommendation to update the price to match reference price. However suggested price account for Shipping cost, that itself is more than recommended reference price. This shipping is automatically calculated, I don't have option to change that. Since my listings are FBA (Remote Fulfilment), I don't control the shipping cost. I created a case but Customer Support is asking for external marketplace link to show the price. I am registered brand owner and at present not selling to other marketplaces in CA, also there are no other seller selling my product anywhere in CA, I can't provide the external reference link. I did share the link of similar product, but CS is asking for exact product.

My price is very competitive, so unsure how to resolve this issue.

As you can see Reference Price and My Selling price is same for first product in the list above. If I consider the recommendation and include shipping price that I don't control, I have to put my price in negative (-3 $ CAN) to match recommended average offer price.

My product is still getting sold because price is right, but very less sell due to missing Buy Box. Here is transaction detail of my recent order that is remote fulfilled by amazon.

You can see amazon fees it self $13.36, my margins are very low here.

For the second product in above first image, I need to set the price to CAN $ 11.2.

For the third product in above first image, I need to set the price to CAN $ 14.17.

Which means I will be selling at loss because it not even close to my base cost. Also, amazon will deduct the Amazon fee from product cost (i.e. $11.2 and $14.17), that means I will see the negative transaction.

There seems to be issue in calculation of shipping price on for Remote Fulfilled By Amazon listings, CS is not helpful in this case. So, seeking guidance from experts here. My ticket is already closed (I just created it for one listing, and based on response I got I don't know if anything will happen if I create support ticket for other 2 listing). I thought of waiting couple of months and see if this issue resolves automatically, but nothing happened. Appreciate any guidance.

so unsure how to resolve this issue.

You'd need to send in your inventory to Canada FBA fulfillment centers instead of NARFing it from US fulfillment centers, so that you incure less FBA fees on the transaction.

I have reviewed your situation, and the case you provided, and I see that the Amazon representative told you to kindly provide an exact match non-Amazon URL to proceed further if you would like to dispute this decision, however, I don't see an answer from your end.

I have also seen the good suggestion made by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7. Which might be something you can analyze.

My recommendation for this, is to open a case with Selling Partner Support, referred them to the case ID 15972966441, and provide them with the requested link for them to investigate.
