Application for my brand is currently under review" after rejected
Hi Amazon Support,
my application was rejected for brand registry. After I was sent an email with a link for appeal and was told to provide missing info by following the link. I contacted brand registry support by email and they advised me to appeal. The reason I was rejected was because I was missing information such as a Tax ID/Business Registration Number, city in which my business is registered in and the name of my business. After providing the missing information my brand registry application appeal was rejected again. I was sent an email with the following:
"Hello from Amazon Brand Registry,
Your Brand Registry appeal request for brand “---------” has been rejected.
Why did this happen?
This decision was made due to one or more of the following reasons:
a) your account was engaging in conduct that violates Brand Registry’s policies, such as, but not limited to, invalid notice submissions through our notice submission channels or tampering with the catalog;
b) your application or account is related to other Amazon accounts or brands that have violated Amazon or Brand Registry’s policies,
c) you are associated with one or more selling accounts as a primary owner and all of them have failed seller verification,
d) inability to provide sufficient evidence of branding on products/packaging;
e) you have a selling account that is de-activated, or f) your trademark application appears to be filed by a filing firm that may be violating US federal regulations and USPTO rules (explained below)."
I reviewed the email and I don't know if any of the following reasons for rejection apply to me. How can I find out specifically why I was rejected? If I try to re-apply on the brand enrollment page it says that my brand application is still being processed and that I cannot proceed to re-apply. I am unsure what I need to do to have my brand rejection reversed and get brand registered
