Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment (MCF) launched the unbranded packaging programme in the Canada in 2022. The programme enables MCF sellers to fulfil orders from their off-Amazon sales channels in unbranded packaging at no additional fee. The packaging materials, including boxes and tape, do not contain any Amazon branding.

Today, we are happy to announce that you can now choose which of your orders ship in unbranded packaging, at no additional fee, based on your e-commerce channel requirements.

Select the Only ship in unbranded packaging option on the Seller Central order creation page or via your integration interface when placing an order. If your inventory is in a fulfilment centre that supports unbranded packaging, we will ship your order. If your inventory is not available in an unbranded packaging fulfilment centre or does not comply with the portable inventory dimensions, you order will be rejected. All MCF sellers will be automatically enrolled in the programme.

Previously the end consumer experience was confusing as they would place an order on Shopify, Ebay and receive their products in Amazon branded packaging. The feature aims to provide a solution for this issue.
