You are correct in that it is not your obligation to pay return shipping from other than the delivery address.

There's a teeny tiny chance of strike through if you used Amazon buy-shipping. Depending on just what was said it might be interpreted as being about shipping (strike through for negative feedback all about shipping/delivery is part of the Amazon buy-shipping promise).
