Amazon has abruptly started running lightning deals for my listings without any prior notice or consent. What's even more frustrating is that these deals aren't even showing up on my deal dashboard. I submitted a ticket (ID - 10167465452) a week ago, and all I’ve gotten in response is that Amazon is “investigating” the issue. Yet, my ticket remains unresolved, and the deals are still active on my listings. Despite my warning that I’d be forced to escalate this to the Competition Commission of India (CCI), Amazon remains indifferent and unresponsive. This is utterly unacceptable and demonstrates a blatant disregard for proper resolution.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums.
As long as the case hasn't been marked as resolved, you need to wait for the internal teams to conduct the necessary investigations. Since the issue has been escalated it means it's being checked to find out the reasons why it took place and what are the correct measurements to be taken at this point.

I think lighting deals are SKU-based. This means they are applicable on SKUs, not entire ASIN.
If this is the case you can create new conditions for your product and OOS deals sku.
This is a quick resolution to your problem try using it. Although the actual solution can only be provided by Amazon.
