Amazon Seller Account is Hacked
Hello All,
My Amazon Seller Account is hacked. The hacker has changed Amazon Password, Gmail and mobile number
He has also hacek my Gmail. Right now, I cannot login to my Amazon Account neither Gmail.
I have talked to customer Service, but no help is provided.
What are the options available with me? I don't what to do?

I would have thought that going in through the Buyer Account side you could have gotten help. They would want the previous Bank Account Number, and maybe be able to lock the account while this gets resolved.

NO HELP from Amazon. Hacked on March 19, 2023. Inventory still selling they tell me but Seller Support is a JOKE so far. I've sent in 14 Contact Us forms and get autobot replies saying the same thing with different names on them. Call by phone... been told we will contact in 24-48 hrs so many times I can't count. STILL WAITING! Had to open a second account just so I could get to the seller help contact page and that didn't work. Is there not someone in the Amazon universe that can fix this? Oh yeah, "We will escalate this issue..." BS
