Buy shipping from Amazon Impacting ODR
Hello, I've been selling on Amazon for more than 2 years now. Lately, I'm experiencing too many shipping issues using the "Buy Shipping" Amazon Service. Orders are not being delivered on time, packages getting lost and never delivered.
This situation is creating A-Z Claims, that somehow are impacting my ODR. When I file a ticket with SC Support, they say that this claim Has to be founded by me and Impacts my ODR. Is frustrating to read that using Buy shipping my ODR is covered against delivery issues, and not getting support on this.
Please, share your experience here my ODR is over 1%

You have to appeal the claim through the appropriate Amazon channels (through the claim tab), not seller support.

Items have to be shipped on time and scanned on time.

If you are using Amazon's buy shipping AND the tracking shows the carrier taking possession of the order on or before the ship-by date on the order, then you should be covered under Amazon's buy shipping guarantee. Do you have the scan from the carrier showing they took possession on or before the ship-by date? If you are using USPS, scanning it at the kiosk or having a SCAN form scanned doesn't count.

Hi @Seller_fHyPU9qLb3Kt0,
Thanks for tagging me in your thread.
As @Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9stated, be sure to utilize the exact A-to-Z claims appeal process. Additionally, @Seller_JELEnXFOrnw4L and @Seller_f4a7xAPCCSMqD made great points about the timing of first scan. The label must be created but also scanned within the shipping date range. This help page on preventing and A-to-Z claim goes into great detail in the first section about the shipping actions that can be taken to avoid a claim.
If you feel you have done everything to prevent an A-to-Z claim and have a recent appeal you would like to me to look at, you can provide the order ID and the appeal case ID (if you have it) to me here and I will take a second look at it.
