Hi everyone, I signed up as FBA account. My question is, am I going to be charged to credit card for the monthly fees while not having product listing to sell just yet as I am still working on finding the right product to sell? If so, how do I change it back to INDIVIDUAL account l until I sort things out?

Yes, you will be charged the monthly fee even though you aren't yet selling.
To downgrade to an Individual Account go to Setting (gear wheel in the upper righthand corner of Seller Central Dashboard) --> Account Info --> Your Services --> click on Manage (blue link) --> Selling On Amazon --> click on Downgrade (blue link)
