Is the arranged-freight-delivery@amazon.com email still active? We submitted a form application on 12/27/23 and haven't got a response. A follow-up email was sent on 01/08/24 and no reply to that either. Sent in a new form submission this morning just for the hell of it.. It's been 27 business days since the form submission.
