Urgent Help Needed – No Response from Amazon on AWD to FBA Transfer Cases (Pending for 2 Months)

Hello Amazon Support Team & Fellow Sellers,

We have been facing an ongoing issue with our inventory transfer from Amazon Warehousing & Distribution (AWD) to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). We created 10 cases regarding this matter, but despite multiple follow-ups, we have received no response from Amazon for the past two months.

Details of the Issue:

Inventory was transferred from AWD to FBA, but there has been no update or resolution.

The cases remain open and pending, with no action taken.

The delay is causing a major disruption to our business and affecting sales.

It can take time for transfers to be received and for items to become available. I can ask our partner team to take a look at these cases and determine if any additional steps are available to expedite the process.
