We are currently experiencing technical difficulties....
I have not been able to enter tracking numbers for almost 2 hours. I have shipments that are created and shipped but I am unable to enter the tracking information. I keep getting the same error on all the different shipments I try:
"We are currently experiencing technical difficulties with this tool and are working to resolve the issue. Please refresh the page and try again in 15 minutes."
I've logged out and back in, I've refreshed the page, I've cleared cookies, I've moved to different computer on a different ISP. Nothing works.
Anyone in the same boat?
Any chance of us getting an Amazon fee reduction because of this?
