It also shows up in your account health page. And for future, you should be checking performance notices, A-Z claims, chargebacks, Feedback at least once a week.

Performance notifications is not the same as an INBOX.
By the way this morning THEN I was sent a message by Amazon about updating INFORM ACT after telling them issues with communications.
The seller dashboard is bloated with too many things and places to get information. Sorry!

We got the same thing out of the blue even though we just did all of that six months ago...now they are going to start doing this more often it looks like with no warning. Probably in hopes you don't see the warning so they can oust you. Its getting ridiculously tricky here. It was a simple few clicks to confirm the update but still, why again? So now its going to be more than once a year?

I got a warning about my account's poor health, which didn't jive with the feedback that I get from my customers. When I did a little more research, I got to an important-looking page, but it didn't fully appear, which meant that I couldn't update the information.
Don't know whether the bug is on my end or on Amazon.com's, but my Apple MacBook Air is new.

I updated my account 3 days ago, but I haven't received a notification that the authentication has been completed. I'm worried.

We saw it on our Account Health page and completed it ... no problems.
Right after we completed it, we got the notification on Performance Notifications and the email which is generated by a Performance Notification.
This was on Dec 30, 2024 which meant that it was 9 months after having to do it in March of 2024.
Once you have done it and, if nothing has changed, the second time isn't a big deal and is quick to complete.
