My account has been deactivated from a few months because my business registration has to be updated. Since my business registration was expired, instead of renewing it, I decided to open a new business in the USA since my amazon store is located there. But when I tried to update the business, Amazon didnt allow me to, even though I was and am ready to provide all the required documents. When I contacted amazon support, they send me an email every week saying its being investigated.Now, I have gotten an email from Amazon saying my inventory will be removed. This is not fair at all, I am ready to provide all documents and have been trying my best to get this matter solved from months but Amazon has not been able to help. Please help!

That's logic. A seller account can NOT be transferred, and changing the "Legal Entity" is equal to transferring an account.
If you want to sell with another business you have to FIX your account, wait 90 days and properly close it, then create a new one with the new credentials and a new email address.
Amazon will not do anything in this matter because they CAN NOT.

Are they saying it is being removed by being sent back to you? OR are they saying removed, as in destroyed/disposed of?
There is a huge difference. At least if it is sent back you will still have the merchandise.

THIS was a major blunder. As noted by @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC you are, in the eyes of Amazon, trying to change accounts entirely which can't be done. Because the business registration was/is expired, an even worse step by Amazon may be headed your way -- since you opened a 'new business' they may think you are trying to get around their rules and suspend you permanently for their increasingly popular 'fraudulent activities' reason.
As she notes, you need to FIX that first account FAST or your selling days on Amazon may be done forever.
