Cannot use buy shipping on amazon canada marketplace
I had my first order and I would like to use Amazon buy shipping however, upon fulfilling an order I received an error stating, "Based on your inputs or preferences, there are no shipping services currently eligible for your order. Check that your weight, dimensions, ship date, and carrier preferences are accurate. To see why shipping services were ineligible, please click on the link below."
We have tried using buy shipping before on our other stores from US Marketplace but we did not encounter this issue. We'd like to utilize amazon buy shipping as much as possible. Thus, we'd like to know what needs to be done to have this fixed. Thank you!

We've been having the same issue for years now. It seems that it's not supported in Canada. Let us know if you find anything.

I came across your thread and wanted to do some researching. The main Buy Shipping page in Seller Central doesn't explicitly state if Buy Shipping is an option in Canada, however the "Ship from US with Buy Shipping" page says this: "This program is available for all active sellers with a ship-from address in the United States..."
This sentence, coupled with an older thread on the same subject, leads me to believe that Buy Shipping is only available as an option on Amazon.com and not Amazon.CA
There is a feedback email on the initial help page I've referenced, I've reached out to confirm and will report here if I hear anything.
