@Xander_Amazon Helllo! We had a message come in about a FCC ID description missing on an ASIN and needed to know what can be done to correct it. It's been on Amazon for years and it is 100% registered and OK but for some reason they denied our proof which was the full FCC report and images of the labeling on the actual product. We are not the brand owner so we can't make any edits to the listing. The CASE ID # is: 17462572201. Please let us know what you find when you get the chance and/or if you need the FCC info from my end.

@Xander_Amazon Just an update, the Amazon representative in the case mentioned the listing was closed and we went ahead and deleted it from our catalog. We still feel this was incorrectly triggered because the exact same item is being sold under the "Amazon Renewed" listings. Can you check for us to make sure the restricted policy violation doesn't affect our account? We tried attaching the actual FCC report and FCC ID along with photos to show it was approved, but the rep did not accept it.
