New seller account - Something went wrong, please try again later. Cannot reactivate account

Hello, I currently get the following error

-

You currently have limited access to Amazon selling services.

Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity. In order to reactivate your account, we need to re-verify your identity. You will need the following documents to complete the re-verification.

- Information about your business, if applicable

- 1 government issued photo ID

- 1 bank account statement or credit card statement

- Business license, if applicable.

Please provide the following information to gain complete access

Reactivate Account

And when I click on Reactivate Account, I get the error "Something went wrong, please try again later." and cannot update information to reactivate. I tried to clear cache, use 3 different browers without getting past the same error.

I reached out to support [CASE: 17463689721] but I keep getting the same template answer that loops into the same error and it's frustrating and in need of a support from someone who will actually look into the issue.

You got a standard reply and will keep getting it over and over. Amazon does not like sellers who open a selling account and doesn't use them in a certain amount of time. What that time frame is (days), I do not know, but I do not know why it happens.

Groups of unsavory sellers working in teams will all open a seller account at the same time. One group member lists 100,000 items, a mix of real, bogue and knockoff items. The other members do nothing with their account, they just wait. When the first seller gets complaints and is shut down, everything is copied and pasted to another group member account just waiting to start selling all over again.

Now you come along with a USA business trying to get things started, are blocked. Notice the documentation Amazon asks for, they just want to make sure you are who you say you are. You have a 50/50 Chance of reactivating the account.

In addition, open one case and wait. Cases work like being placed on hold on a telephone. If you hang up and call back, you start the wait all over again. Every time you open a new case or send additional information; you go to the back of the line for service. Some sellers send messages every day and never get off the bottom of the pile.
