Active Seller Central ASIN granted Premium A+ Content, but inactive Vendor Central account doesnt allow it.

We have been selling a large range of computer mice in our USA seller central account, and recently we were granted full access to Premium A+ Content. But one ASIN was originally created in our Vendor Central Account, which we haven't used for many many years, and so it is deemed ineligible for Premium A+ Content.

So I reached out to Vendor Central and asked them to grant this ASIN Premium A+ Content as its been approved for it in our Seller Central account......but they denied our request.

How can we be selling a product on Seller Central for many many years, get all our products approved for Premium A+ Content, but have it denied by our inactive Vendor Central account?

It doesn't make any sense.

Can I delete our Vendor Central account, or request they make our Seller Central account the main contributor to the ASIN?

What choices do we have?

The most annoying part is that the ASIN was granted Premium A+ Content in our Japanese and Australian Seller accounts.

Good Evening @Seller_Z43KUlbm4NcZX, apologize for the delay on getting back to you. A next steps you can take is reaching out to Seller Support and see if they are able to remove the vendor contributions from the ASIN. Once you have created the case, feel free to provide the case ID on this discussion and I can follow along just in case there are any questions regarding the outcome of the case. Hope you have a terrific rest of the week and take care. Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
