code of conduct deactived

Hello,

I am writing regarding the deactivation of our company account on December 19th. We received a price change request for a product we sold from a seller we did not know through the Amazon panel. Our newly hired staff responded to this message with "ok, no problem." Subsequently, our account was closed. We had never received a message from another seller before. We have no collaboration with any other seller.

We acknowledge the issue and transparently share our explanations and action plans with Amazon. However, every time we receive the following response:

"We received your submission, but we do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, visit Account Health, click on the 'Reactivate My Account' button, and submit all necessary information as detailed on the page."

There are no additional information or document requests on our account health page. We don't know what to do. We would greatly appreciate your assistance.

"Hello,

Your Amazon.com seller account has been deactivated and your listings have been removed in accordance with Section 3 of the Amazon Business Solutions Agreement and the Amazon Seller Code of Conduct. Please ship any open orders to avoid further impact to your account. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our Funds Withholding policy:

Why did this happen?

We observed one or more pricing-related communications or activity on your account taken after receiving pricing-related communications. Conduct that harms other sellers, customers, or Amazon, such as colluding with competitors, violates Amazon policies and the law. This includes, but is not limited to, fixing prices, rigging sales, or coordinating inventory with competitors.

Unfortunately by agreeing to the other sellers request you participated in price fixing which is illegal.

Is there any way we can solve this issue?

I don't know if it's possible to come back from a deactivation for colluding to price fix, but if Amazon hasn't yet stated this is a permanent closure, they may still be giving you a chance.

I suggest posting your POA(s) you've already sent so others know what was said. Have you submitted more than one POA?

Also post what it says when you click the button as @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACsuggested.
