What do you think about being given a 1 star review without a convincing reason
I want to share some bad experiences and opinion, and discuss with you all sellers. meantime hope Amazon will take this issue seriously.
Last month, I met a buyer sent a message after he/she received the product, the message told me there's some quality problem and threaten to get full refund without returning, or gave 1 star on both seller profile and product listing. but no detail and pictures. I agree to give all money back but return the product. then my listing get a 1 star review. it's a disaster for a new listing. I appealed but Amazon did nothing for it.
I think Amazon should process 1 start review carefully and cautiously, must there is reliable season.
To my surprised, i found some buyers are professional 1 star reviewers!!!!!

I am sorry to hear that the customer gave you a one star review for making them return the product. As you should have the proof that they stated they would do this in your buyer seller messaging, please create a case with a link to that message so you can show that they said this was going to happen if they didn't get to keep the product.
Please provide the case ID if you need help after they fully investigate.
