Amazon Needs to Regulate Chinese Just Launched Sellers in U.S. Marketplace
All the work for years to build up listings and sales on Amazon with my registered brand i am the sole manufacturer for can all be brought down by Chinese sellers that literally can spin up a new account in 1 day on the platform with ZERO sales or REVIEWS can take the featured offer on my BRAND REGISTERED listing i am the only seller of!
All they do is put shipping from China & a lower price and boom they took all the sales from my listing. I filed numerous violation complaints with Brand Registry and Support. They would do absolutely nothing until i recieved a product from said seller and verified it was "counterfeit or infringed on my trademark" AFTER 1 MONTH NEVER RECIEVED A PRODUCT AND TRACKING WAS IN CHINESE SHOWING NO MOVEMENT. mYproducts are manufactured in my factory in the USA!
Can anyone from Brand Registry respond to my case?
ThIS scam chinese seller never shipped anything and from reading others feedback that tried to order my product over a dozen customers got charged for a product and never recieved anything. I tried for 4-5 weeks to stop this fraud and saw that over 20+ orders were placed for MY product from this Chinese scammer and NOT 1 product was ever delivered to a customer.
If Amazon could've listened to me they wouldve saved all their customers from fraud but i was shut down and even got a negative impact on my account for violation reports that were'nt accepted.
This scammer was still not suspended after 100% negative feedback since just launching weeks before.
How can Amazon's algorithm not stop a Chinese seller that launched yesterday WITH ZERO FEEDBACK OR SALES from taking over U.S. Sellers brand registered listings in the U.S. Marketplace with a SHIPS FROM CHINA NON EXISTENT item they NEVER EVEN SHIPPED BUT PROVIDED FAKE CHINESE TRACKING.
After many years of feedback and sales history a Chinese seller can spin up a new account every week to attack their competitors and scam their customers. There is no recourse and after months they took down the listings they probably had launched a dozen new scam accounts.
This is totally unethical and the Amazon as an American corporation can't keep allowing Chinese sellers that just launched yesterday to abuse U.S. sellers that built this platforms sales delivering products with excellent feedback for many years.

I agree with you completely, and Amazon doesn't seem to care at all. I had the same issue, a bunch of Just Launched sellers in my case just ship incorrect, light-weight items to buyers instead of what they ordered. I placed test buy orders with them and reported them to Amazon once I received incorrect items. Amazon told me they don't see anything wrong with the Chinese scammers scamming Amazon customers. (They didn't put it in those words, but that's what they said.) It's just the way it is, Amazon seems to just let Chinese sellers do whatever they want and ruin legitimate businesses and products. As a buyer, I know to be extra careful when purchasing on Amazon not to buy anything shipping from China since the likelihood is so high that is will be fake or the wrong item or a fake tracking number.

Hello @Seller_DmpA5Opgyzwu2,
My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and unfortunately I have seen similar experiences with other sellers and I can hopefully provide some additional insight and ideally a path forward for you as it does matter what and how you are reporting issues you are experiencing.
First, since you are enrolled in Brand Registry you can report Intellectual Property violations via report a violation in Brand Registry (I was unable to find any complaint ID's submitted by you in Brand Registry for the last 6 months, if this is not accurate, please let me know). For what can be reported specifically, please review the 3 types of violation help pages below:
- Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers - FAQ about Trademarks
- Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers - FAQ about Copyrights
- Intellectual Property Policy for Sellers - FAQ about Patents
For the specific experience you raised here, trying to do a test buy and never receiving the product, this can be reported via the Report Abuse link on the Account Health Dashboard in Seller Central as this fits more with policy violations of not shipping product to customers and is not specifically an IP violation.
Hopefully this helps a little, please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Best, Dougal
