Hello Amazon Team and Fellow Sellers,

I am the registered brand owner of HILASON, enrolled under Amazon’s Brand Registry. Despite multiple prior cases and removal requests, I’m reaching out due to ongoing unauthorized seller activity on my listings.

These sellers are hijacking my listings, misusing my intellectual property, and causing loss of sales and brand value. I have contacted support before, but the issue persists.

Here are some of the impacted listings and unauthorized sellers:

Unauthorized Sellers: Zentra, LLC, Glencoe Gifts

We request the Amazon Investigations team to urgently:

- Remove these unauthorized sellers from our listings

- Prevent future violations through stricter listing restrictions

My name is Sandy from the Community Manager team.

Amazon's policies allow any seller to list items for sale on an ASIN so long as the intellectual property accurately represents the item being sold and has not been illegally reproduced. This includes intellectual property for which you are the rights owner.

I looked into some violation reports you have submitted and it seems like you have the order ID from when you performed a test buy, but it does not state on how the product is being illegally reproduced.

Additionally, it would be helpful to also include branding images in your product detail page (PDP) to make it easier for Amazon and customers to understand this product is under your brand. With brand registry sellers need to have their branding on either the product or packaging. I would suggest to add that image in your PDP as well.

If you performed a test buy and have proof that the item is illegally reproduced and not matching the listing please let me know. For example: Material is different, length is different, size is different. These should only cover facts.

Did you do a test buy and complain with Amazon? Describe exactly the difference between the received product and the description in the catalogue? Then Amazon will take it down but that can take 2-3 weeks.

Even better if you send them a screenshot of the GS1 search showing that YOU are the owner of that UPC.

Thank you for your response and for confirming that Zentra, LLC is affecting your listings as well. This shows that the issue is not isolated and is harming multiple brands on the platform.

As the brand owner of HILASON, I want to emphasize that I’ve already taken all necessary steps:

• I’m enrolled in Amazon Brand Registry

• I have submitted multiple cases and removal requests

• I’ve provided supporting documentation, including trademark certificates and invoices

• I’ve used the proper reporting tools to flag these violations

Despite all of this, Zentra, LLC is still active on my listings, and no effective action has been taken.

This ongoing situation is not only damaging our brand reputation but also eroding trust in the Brand Registry protection system. We urgently request that Amazon take immediate and permanent action against Zentra, LLC and other repeat violators.

If any other sellers are facing the same issue, I encourage you to speak up here and file cases as well. The more we raise our voice, the higher the chances that Amazon will escalate this matter

Hi Sandy,

Thanks for your response.

I’d like to clarify that I’ve already taken all the necessary steps on my end:

• I’ve submitted multiple cases and complaint IDs

• I’ve provided Amazon with trademark certificates, invoices, and other proof of brand ownership

• I’ve reported the violations using the correct channels

• I’m already enrolled in the Brand Registry

Despite all this, Zentra, LLC continues to appear on my listings, and no concrete action has been taken. I understand your suggestion to create a new post, but the issue is not due to a lack of information — it's a lack of action.

That said, I’ll still create the post as requested and include the relevant case IDs again. I sincerely hope this leads to a resolution, not just for me but for all brand owners facing similar issues.

If you have not done this already, please submit through Report Abuse -> And select "The product received is different than the product on the detail page (different version, model or product)."

Please make sure that what you submit here is actual facts on HOW the product you received is counterfeit and make sure this connects to what is mentioned in the product detail page (PDP). For example: The PDP lists that the material is durable stainless steel, the product received is not steel but made with Aluminum.

Once you have reported through this path, please let me know the complaint ID. I will review and escalate to appropriate internal teams for additional review.

Thank you for the complaint ID.

The team replied that the notice was rejected as the complaint was submitted prior to the test buy being delivered.

There may be some issues within the internal teams looking into the tracking of this shipment as I tried to pull it too and didn't get any results.

Do you happen to have any screenshots you can share of the order/tracking being delivered? Please hide any personal information if you have any. With this I'm planning to appeal internally to get more information.

This ongoing situation is not only damaging our brand reputation but also eroding trust in the Brand Registry protection system. We urgently request that Amazon take immediate and permanent action against Zentra, LLC and other repeat violators.

If any other sellers are facing the same issue, I encourage you to speak up here and file cases as well. The more we raise our voice, the higher the chances that Amazon will escalate this matter

I’d like to clarify that I’ve already taken all the necessary steps on my end:

• I’ve submitted multiple cases and complaint IDs

• I’ve provided Amazon with trademark certificates, invoices, and other proof of brand ownership

• I’ve reported the violations using the correct channels

• I’m already enrolled in the Brand Registry

Despite all this, Zentra, LLC continues to appear on my listings, and no concrete action has been taken. I understand your suggestion to create a new post, but the issue is not due to a lack of information — it's a lack of action.

That said, I’ll still create the post as requested and include the relevant case IDs again. I sincerely hope this leads to a resolution, not just for me but for all brand owners facing similar issues.

If you followed the steps I provided here,

If you have not done this already, please submit through Report Abuse -> And select "The product received is different than the product on the detail page (different version, model or product)."

Please make sure that what you submit here is actual facts on HOW the product you received is counterfeit and make sure this connects to what is mentioned in the product detail page (PDP). For example: The PDP lists that the material is durable stainless steel, the product received is not steel but made with Aluminum.

Once you have reported through this path, please let me know the complaint ID. I will review and escalate to appropriate internal teams for additional review.

There may be some issues within the internal teams looking into the tracking of this shipment as I tried to pull it too and didn't get any results.

Do you happen to have any screenshots you can share of the order/tracking being delivered? Please hide any personal information if you have any. With this I'm planning to appeal internally to get more information.
