Account suspended because I changed it from Individual to Business
What's going on with some employees from Amazon, how they can suspend 11 years old Amazon seller individual account and when you want to take the business seriously and change your individual account to Business they suspended and requested documents, which I provided properly and they still don't reactivate my account, how can I speak with a supervisor and someone to help me with this situation... this is not fair...I have not done anything wrong...

Maybe I did not explain well when I said that I changed from individual to business account, I meant from Professional account to Business account, I opened my account on the year 2012, but on the 2014 my account was suspended because High ODR, tried to appeal those next months but they did not want to open it, after 9 years later, last September 2023, I prayed my god that please help me to open my account, because I want to do long term business and I know Amazon...
My account was reopened on September 2023 Case ID 13908999731 and I was happy with my account and started immediately to investigate very well how to do Private Label, I wanted to have my own product, It took me a few months to investigate what product to sell, what supplier to get and invest some money in my first product, that took me several months to do it, because I wanted to do everything in the right way, on March 14th I started selling my product, a Vitamin C Serum with my own brand, this product passes successfully all Amazon Verification, it was not easy but Amazon Specialist requested me certifications and everything passed successfully, this was with my professional account...
As I want to do long term business and to take it seriously, I created a company, called Vecedor LLC, I was happy with my business and seeing my dreams being fulfilled, when I changed my professional account to business, 3-5 days I received an email stating that my account has been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement... I was surprised with this message!... in the same message they were requesting me to take a video call for an interview, as I am sure about me and my account, I decided to take it immediately and waited 3 hours for a representative, when a Spanish man (because I am a Latin person) he started asking me a lot of questions, but since the beginning I saw him biased and did not allow me to explain the questions properly... he stopped me several times, I am sure that he wrote the report with wrong things to keep my account closed... They requested me a government issued ID, prove of my business bank account and prove of the formation of the company and contact supplier, I uploaded all of those documents, also uploaded certifications of my products, invoice of the purchase from my supplier (even this was verified before with Amazon Specialist from the corresponded department) ...
Later after 30 minutes or 1 hour I received other message stating that my account will be deactivated, (I was selling very well with my professional account, why this happened after I changed it to a Business account?)... Immediately I sent all documents supporting what I say, but they still don't reactivate my account... I sent a message through the help section requesting another video call with an honest representative or a supervisor case ID 15148866271, I am sure about me and 100% that there is some error here... I created my own website: Vecedor.com and connected with amazon warehouses, it is very difficult to pass identity verification to get Shopify Payments and I passed it successfully after 3 days, because I sent them all documentation too... also the same happened with my ebay store, which I passed the identity verification successfully too: ebay.com/usr/vecedor-llc

Our amazon services business solutions agreement states, "We may suspend or terminate your account or this Agreement immediately if we determine that (a) you have materially breached the Agreement and failed to cure within 7 days of a cure notice unless your breach exposes us to liability toward a third party, in which case we are entitled to reduce, or waive, the aforementioned cure period at our reasonable discretion; (b) your account has been, or our controls identify that it may be used for deceptive or fraudulent, or illegal activity; (c) your use of the Services has harmed, or our controls identify that it might harm, other sellers, customers, or Amazon’s legitimate interests; (d) your Account Health Rating falls below our published threshold(s) for deactivation; or (e) if we are required to do so by law. We will promptly notify you of any such termination or suspension via email or similar means including Seller Central, indicating the reason and any options to appeal, except where we have reason to believe that providing this information will hinder the investigation or prevention of deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, or will enable you to circumvent our safeguards."

But they don't state what exactly is, in what my account have been used for deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity... my account was reinstated last September 2023 Case ID 13908999731, also my product was approved to sell it on Amazon: Case ID: 14964664611 then passing all verifications, verifications of my product my identity, selling well with no issues with my professional account, and also I am 100% sure that I did not done none of those things they accuse me, how a person (according the second performance notification, because it was issued from a person) can say and put in the report what he thinks and not what is the reality?... then we must take what this person says and not investigate deeply this case?... as you may know, I urge to take another interview with an honest amazon associate or a supervisor, because I am sure about me and my account... and if you did not know, this person who made me the interview, did not allow me to explain the questions properly and always stopped me suddenly of answering the questions, it seems he was biased, the interview is recorded and Amazon Supervisors can watch it...
Today it came to my mind to call in any way Amazon, and called Amazon Business, as I changed like I stated here from professional account to Amazon Business Account, I explained to them everything since the beginning and they understood my situation, they told me that I cannot use a Business Account to sell, Business Accounts are for Business Purchases only, and I have to reverse my account back as it was... then I think that was the issue, now I am requesting to do that change, because I did not know this is like that, I just have an LLC company and thought that I can change my professional account to business account... I ask you please help me in this case and to use your awareness and decide according to the reality, not what a human being can think... I am Christian and know this is not exactly with human beings, this is what Ephesians 6:12 says: For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.
