Listings show 10 day delivery, shipping template set to 2-3 days. Buy box went to 0%
Suddenly, out entire catalogue shows 10 day delivery time. Shipping template set to 2-3 days. Handling time set to 1 day.
Seller support wont acknowledge the issue.
Any ideas? We tried testing the shipping template and nothing we change makes a difference.

Unfortunately you apparently failed to read about the AWARD that Amazon was going to give all the sellers exceeding expectations!
Back on July 25 they sent an email about a bunch of changes. There were MANY discussions about sellers who had a 'handling time gap' of "2" or above being forced into what you have experienced.
From what was posted then it sounded like there is no way out.

Offering free 2 day premium shippings for - lightweight items - may solve it if he is eligible for premium shipping.

We had the same issue & were told by Amazon that this is a promised time extension. This impacted our sales negatively.
Finally found a way to fix this. Make a new shipping template with shipping settings automation & see the magic!!
The delivery time will come to 3 days from 10 days

It is all part of market manipulation driving sales to certain sellers or simply to what Amazon shipped and sold items they want to move. This site is rigged!

Amazon has gone out of their minds, in tandem with their owner.

here Is an idea to consider there was an Amazon announcement 6-8 weeks ago that addressed two issues with separatevimplementaion dates of the 25th.
1. Handling time reduced to one day with vague and useless instructions on how to opt out. Implemented already.
2. Delivery times set by historical experience by ASIN. Implemented yesterday or day before. Vague and impossible instructions on how to opt out.
This process is probably only valid for some Amazon products and some very large merchants for the rest of us it is logically statistically ridiculous.
My guess is that until you get enough history there is a preset default window of 10 days.
This is once again Amazon sticking it to Other merchants and it probably is adding incentives for shoppers to go prime. News has been reporting prime membership is dropping.
Can’t wait to see Amazon latest commercial patting itself on the back for supporting all us small business on small business Saturday.
Finally why does Amazon implement these changes every year near the holiday season?
