Listings show 10 day delivery, shipping template set to 2-3 days. Buy box went to 0%
Suddenly, out entire catalogue shows 10 day delivery time. Shipping template set to 2-3 days. Handling time set to 1 day.
Seller support wont acknowledge the issue.
Any ideas? We tried testing the shipping template and nothing we change makes a difference.

Unfortunately you apparently failed to read about the AWARD that Amazon was going to give all the sellers exceeding expectations!
Back on July 25 they sent an email about a bunch of changes. There were MANY discussions about sellers who had a 'handling time gap' of "2" or above being forced into what you have experienced.
From what was posted then it sounded like there is no way out.

Offering free 2 day premium shippings for - lightweight items - may solve it if he is eligible for premium shipping.

We had the same issue & were told by Amazon that this is a promised time extension. This impacted our sales negatively.
Finally found a way to fix this. Make a new shipping template with shipping settings automation & see the magic!!
The delivery time will come to 3 days from 10 days

It is all part of market manipulation driving sales to certain sellers or simply to what Amazon shipped and sold items they want to move. This site is rigged!

Amazon has gone out of their minds, in tandem with their owner.
