Either I created a perpetual motion machine or a monster.

Due to difficulties with my credit card through Amazon, I had no access to incoming orders for days. Amazon has since apologized for this, BUT I was only able to mark 4 orders as shipped late. That's why my rate increased and my withdrawals were blocked GLOBALLY. Today I kept getting announcements from Amazon on my answering machine, but no calls (?). I've told Amazon Account Health about the credit card issue, but it's been ignored five times so far. I explained this to Amazon Support and they referred me to the Health Team five times. This can go on now, but life is too short. It's about $6,000. In Germany we say „Es ist zum Kotzen“.

You have state "I was only able to mark 4 orders as shipped late"

Based off this statement, it would seem you are having an issue with your Late Shipment Rate (LSR). You may have an "At Risk" banner with a "Submit Appeal" button within it. If so, you will want to select the "Submit Appeal" option and follow the workflow that will be found there. If you have already submitted an appeal, please share that status of that submission. If there has been a resolution to that appeal, please share that communication here in the thread (with personal information removed). If there is no such "Submit Appeal" button within the banner, you would not need to take any action.

You also state "Due to difficulties with my credit card through Amazon, I had no access to incoming orders for days". Can you explain this a bit more as well? Please consider the following:

- What kind of difficulties where you experiencing?

- What documentation do you have of the case?

- How did you resolve the issue?

- How does this issue affect your LSR metric?

Amazon suddenly stopped accepting my current credit card. I then tried another card, but this one wasn't accepted in the USA either. But after this credit card was accepted at Amazon Singapore, for example, I had a bit of a doubt.

Amazon US apologized for this mistake a few days later and the credit clearing system worked again.

BUT: During this time I couldn't access my account. I only ever got to the credit card error message page. The sales continued, but of course I couldn't mark anything as shipped.

And the whole thing got worse yesterday. The health team has made large parts of my listings in the USA inactive (Ineligible for seller-fulfillment). It's a nightmare.

From all of your post, understand that you are facing issue with Late Shipment Rate. As you have further elaborate, I also can gather that you were not able to log in seller central to confirm you shipment on time, causing high number in Late Shipment Rate.

As your account is currently inactive for seller fulfillment, I believe that you will need to submit an appeal with detailed explanation about your current issue.

For this incident of credit card system issue, do you have any document or case ID ? I would strongly suggest you to submit any kind of screenshot or case ID as a reference, with detailed explanation so that the team will be able to locate this system issue that you are facing and work on it accordingly. You may refer to question posted above by @Troy_Amazon. Should you need assistance with your submission, you may post it here for further discussion.

I would like to explain in more detail what happened last weekend

- What kind of difficulties where you experiencing?

My credit card, which I provided on all country websites, was suddenly invalidated in the USA. I then tried registering other credit cards, but nothing changed. Then I tried registering these credit cards on other country websites. It worked. So it was clear that it was a problem for Amazon USA.

- What documentation do you have of the case?

Cases 14071351081, 14059513551, 14071820071 address the issue. In addition, the forum is full of similar descriptions, all of which relate to last week.

-How did you resolve the issue?

I couldn't do anything. Suddenly the credit card was accepted and I was able to immediately mark the orders as shipped.

- How does this issue affect your LSR metric?

So hard that Amazon made my listings in the US inactive. In addition, I no longer receive any payouts worldwide. Worldwide! It's a nightmare.
