Take a photo of how your Address is written under your Business Address in Seller Central and show your local post office Rep, or maybe they can give you a toll-free number to call to verify the correct address format and spelling from the US to Kazakhstan.
You could also look for an International Address/Format Validator website. There is one called Smarty .com (without the space) that may work. I think you can even put in the address coordinates.

While i wait reply, i change my buisness adress format.
i delete word "Street from street name" and word house. maybe it will help but i am not sure.
i think usps may decline shipment with this word.
old adress format was
Street XXXX house xx x apt x
new format is
XXXX xx/x
apt x
maybe it will works.

I wanted to thank @Medic for their support, I also wanted to confirm with you as this sounds like you were able to finally get your account info updated and were able to request a postcard? If you are waiting on the postcard, these can take about a week or more in some situations to receive.
If the verification cannot be confirmed by the 27th as noted, it may result in disruptions to your seller account until we can confirm compliance with these new requirement.
