I received a request for a video call verification. I completed that. I submitted all of the documentation that was requested (on an ASIN that I do not sell anymore) on Oct 9th and have not heard anything yet. I cannot send anything into FBA, but can merchant fulfill. I have many pallets to send in for the Christmas season!

Thank you for joining the video call on 10/07/2024. To complete your identity verification, provide the following information:
-- A valid government-issued photo identity document. The document must include full name, date of birth, ID number, expiry date, signature of the bearer if applicable, and country of issuance or country of citizenship.
-- Bank or credit card statement. The document must include the full name of the individual or of the business, residential or business address, issuing bank information and the records related to the purchase of the ASIN under review.
-- In case of having a registered business, the registration document must be uploaded. The document must contain name of the business owner or legal representative, business-operating name, business license number or registration number, official seal or stamp of the issuing authority, business address, date of incorporation, status of the business and signature of the legal representative (electronic signature is acceptable).
-- Supply chain documents such as invoices and receipts that include the item's description, quantities, supplier’s name, supplier phone number, supplier address, and website. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible.
Note: The mentioned documents must be authentic, unaltered and sent only in PDF, JPG, PNG or GIF format.

I understand this process can be confusing and frustrating. I do see you submitted all the documents after your verification call and they are under review.
We have no way to review the accuracy of the documents or provide an update in the review process. Please make sure that you have submitted all the mandatory documents which must be authentic, unaltered and sent only in PDF, JPG, PNG or GIF format

Please help...I still have not received any answer. I double checked, the documents were sent to them at inbound-appeals email on Oct 9th. I was told this should take 3-5 days on average.

I have reviewed your situation. It looks like you received a NEW Performance Notification on November 13, 2024 titled: Your Amazon.com Seller Account . It seems more information is being requested for the ASIN with the Brand Pokémon. Can you confirm? Are you able to provide the documents?
The ASIN under review during the video verification about October 9th was B0CVPGSMBH. The ASIN under review now, November 13th is B0D723P9J6. Can you please tell me where you are sourcing your items? Are you purchasing from a reputable dealer that is able to provide a Letter of Authorization to sell those brands? Will you be able to provide Supply chain documents for ASIN: B0D723P9J6, Brand: Pokémon?

You have been a Seller for over 10 years. The way you were able to source items 10 years ago may no longer be acceptable today. If you are selling brand name items, you will need valid invoices from the Brand and or a Letter of Authorization from the Brand.

When reviewing the Account Health Page, there is NEW Received Intellectual Property Complaint from today, November 13th, for even a different ASIN. Can you confirm you are sourcing your items from an authorized distributor?
Regarding the Hover-1 property complaint, the law office that I hired sent them a message regarding that and expect them to remove the complaint soon.
