Why can't we get a "simple" business report containing just enough data for a handmade maker/seller?

I need which item, how many, WHEN?

Trying to look past to plan this year but it seems it's impossible to get a report containing this data.

Transaction view contains date but does not contain the SKUs, just a shortened title and if a transaction contains several items (SKUs), it's misleading and even if not, it's additional work to enter SKUs manually one-by-one.

Business reports does not contain any date information at all! What is the use of such a "business report" if I can't see which items have been demanded when?

Amazon reports are full of data, however it's impossible to get an answer to the most basic questions, "which, how many, when".

Hope moderators read this and provide a simple report for us, should not be difficult as Amazon have all the data.

Edit: When trying to post, I noticed that there was not a category for this issue. Am I dump to find how to get this simple report or isn't it an issue for anybody else but me?
