Hi all. I have a problem. i live outside USA and amazon dont want to send post card there.
They say, that my adress INVALID. it isnt true. My adress is CORRECT. Why they not send post card in Kazakhstan?

Take a photo of how your Address is written under your Business Address in Seller Central and show your local post office Rep, or maybe they can give you a toll-free number to call to verify the correct address format and spelling from the US to Kazakhstan.
You could also look for an International Address/Format Validator website. There is one called Smarty .com (without the space) that may work. I think you can even put in the address coordinates.

While i wait reply, i change my buisness adress format.
i delete word "Street from street name" and word house. maybe it will help but i am not sure.
i think usps may decline shipment with this word.
old adress format was
Street XXXX house xx x apt x
new format is
XXXX xx/x
apt x
maybe it will works.

hen you google the address you entered
i found a reason. inner translation was differnt.
my street name - Жангозина / Jangozina
but international post and google maps - Zhangozina....
ouch!
Ж in 1st symbol can translates differently((((( i will change it when they decline me again..

i am from Kazakhstan. our country code is +7
problem is in street name - 1st letter "Ж" of street name may translate to English like J or Zh.... Local post office don`t see problem in it, because they know what is it. US post office may use only Zh letter and when they see J they decline .....

when amazon decline me again i will use Zh and all will be fine , i hope.

The translation can often be tricky.
I sell on eBay as well, and I often get orders from Porto Rico that the post office can't verify and ship because it hasn't been entered in the correct format. Most of the time, I can google the address to find out how it needs to be formatted for the US mail and correct it.

Sometimes I see on my FBA orders the inscription "Postal address not deliverable" now I look at this problem from the other side))) I am very worried that this postcard can be delivered to Kazakhstan for about a month. Have you tried reaching out to your post office? I would think they would be able to provide you with the correct format for the US.

i will try today.
I received many mails and parcels when i typed adress "Jangozina" and all was fine.
in this case i am in panic. i will also try to contact American office of USPS to check adress spelling. Thank you for your help!

1st thing- country
2nd thing - zip code
3rd thing - local post office find adress and recepient and delivering.
How it works on USA USPS? i dont know. But USPS in Kazahstan is delivering by our post, which know Where is my street and home.
If they will dispatch letter to me i will receive it in any case(Jangozina/Zhangozina) there will not be problem.

I would add the word 'Street' back and see if that helps.
Have you also included your phone number with country code and then the +1?
Can you tell me what will happen With my account if a postcard from Amazon will delay and arrives after June 27?
I wanted to thank @Medic for their support, I also wanted to confirm with you as this sounds like you were able to finally get your account info updated and were able to request a postcard? If you are waiting on the postcard, these can take about a week or more in some situations to receive.
If the verification cannot be confirmed by the 27th as noted, it may result in disruptions to your seller account until we can confirm compliance with these new requirement.
