I received a request for a video call verification. I completed that. I submitted all of the documentation that was requested (on an ASIN that I do not sell anymore) on Oct 9th and have not heard anything yet. I cannot send anything into FBA, but can merchant fulfill. I have many pallets to send in for the Christmas season!

Help someone!!

I see you are still struggling with this issue and I can understand how frustrating this can be. When there are multiple requests for information on different ASIN's it can be confusing.

After an in-depth review, my suggestion for now would be guiding you to respond to the Performance Notification from 11/23/2024 for a different ASIN (B0D723P9J6). The information you need to submit is:

  • -- Bank or credit card statement. The document must include the following information: The full name of the individual or the business, residential, or business address. It must also include the information of the bank that issued the statement and the records related to the purchase of the ASIN under review.
  • -- Proof of delivery, bill of lading, import and export documents, customs clearance documents and authorization letters from brands and licensed brand distributors are other examples of documents that may be requested.
  • -- Order confirmation, order shipping, or fulfillment update documents for all the orders placed for the ASIN in question and its quantities.

I did look at the documentation you provided for ASIN: B0D723P9J6 - I have a couple of questions. I see two invoices, yours plus the supply chain. The bank statement is heavily redacted with the only payment viewable being a Zelle. You may need to provide some context to that payment. Also requested was the order confirmation and proof of delivery. I have answered your questions below:

"I did look at the documentation you provided for ASIN: B0D723P9J6 - I have a couple of questions. I see two invoices, yours plus the supply chain. The bank statement is heavily redacted with the only payment viewable being a Zelle. You may need to provide some context to that payment."

My answer: That is the payment to the owner of Tate Enterprises showing on the invoice on 9/3 in the amount of $2.000. Do you need additional information on that?

"Also requested was the order confirmation and proof of delivery."

My answer: You will see on the bottom left on the invoice from Tate Enterprises under the PAID IN FULL "Customer pickup on 9/5/24".

As the ASIN under review is a Brand Name item, do you have a Letter of Authorization to provide as additional verification you had the permission from the Brand to sell that item?

My answer: No, as the asin was not restricted for me requesting such a document through the Amazon add a product. This asin was purchased from a large distributor that did not restrict from purchasing. In my experience from the last 11 years buying from distributors, they will place restrictions on buying certain brands if the brand requests it. They do not have any restrictions on Pokemon from this distributor.

I am sure that I could request such a document from the distributor as I have an account through them as well.

Hello, I emailed Pokemon at supportteam at pokemon to see if a letter of authorization to sell is possible. I have also forwarded the actual email to inbound-appeals. Here is their response:

I see you are asking about ASIN B0D723P9J6. I understand how frustrating this is for you. I also looked at your most recent Performance Notifications. Have you read the notification from 11/27/2024? It looks as if the appeal was successful. Can you confirm? This looks like very good new as funds are released and from what I have verified your account looks normal.

I only see 1 violation on the Account Health Page for Counterfeit without a Test Buy.

Are you able to provide the invoice for this item? It looks as if the first submission was unsuccessful. Make sure your invoices are original and legible.

Hello,

Yes, as of 10am this morning the restrictions were released! Thank you so much for your help, I can breathe now and enjoy my holiday :)

Regarding the Counterfeit without a test buy, the law office that is representing me is working with Hover-1 to remove that and is waiting for their response. I have removed the item from the Amazon catalog and will no longer sell it as well as I don't want any further issues with my account.

I see you are still struggling with this issue and I can understand how frustrating this can be. When there are multiple requests for information on different ASIN's it can be confusing.

After an in-depth review, my suggestion for now would be guiding you to respond to the Performance Notification from 11/23/2024 for a different ASIN (B0D723P9J6). The information you need to submit is:

  • -- Bank or credit card statement. The document must include the following information: The full name of the individual or the business, residential, or business address. It must also include the information of the bank that issued the statement and the records related to the purchase of the ASIN under review.
  • -- Proof of delivery, bill of lading, import and export documents, customs clearance documents and authorization letters from brands and licensed brand distributors are other examples of documents that may be requested.
  • -- Order confirmation, order shipping, or fulfillment update documents for all the orders placed for the ASIN in question and its quantities.

I did look at the documentation you provided for ASIN: B0D723P9J6 - I have a couple of questions. I see two invoices, yours plus the supply chain. The bank statement is heavily redacted with the only payment viewable being a Zelle. You may need to provide some context to that payment. Also requested was the order confirmation and proof of delivery. As the ASIN under review is a Brand Name item, do you have a Letter of Authorization to provide as additional verification you had the permission from the Brand to sell that item?

The reason I believe you are receiving what seems to be duplicate performance notifications would lead me to believe more information is required. Please make sure you provide exactly what was requested: Bank or credit card statement, Proof of delivery, Order confirmation.

I have answered your questions below:

My answer: That is the payment to the owner of Tate Enterprises showing on the invoice on 9/3 in the amount of $2.000. Do you need additional information on that?

"Also requested was the order confirmation and proof of delivery."

My answer: You will see on the bottom left on the invoice from Tate Enterprises under the PAID IN FULL "Customer pickup on 9/5/24".

As the ASIN under review is a Brand Name item, do you have a Letter of Authorization to provide as additional verification you had the permission from the Brand to sell that item?

My answer: No, as the asin was not restricted for me requesting such a document through the Amazon add a product. This asin was purchased from a large distributor that did not restrict from purchasing. In my experience from the last 11 years buying from distributors, they will place restrictions on buying certain brands if the brand requests it. They do not have any restrictions on Pokemon from this distributor.

I am sure that I could request such a document from the distributor as I have an account through them as well.

Hello, I emailed Pokemon at supportteam at pokemon to see if a letter of authorization to sell is possible. I have also forwarded the actual email to inbound-appeals. Here is their response:

Hello,

Yes, as of 10am this morning the restrictions were released! Thank you so much for your help, I can breathe now and enjoy my holiday :)

Regarding the Counterfeit without a test buy, the law office that is representing me is working with Hover-1 to remove that and is waiting for their response. I have removed the item from the Amazon catalog and will no longer sell it as well as I don't want any further issues with my account.
