What do you think about being given a 1 star review without a convincing reason
I want to share some bad experiences and opinion, and discuss with you all sellers. meantime hope Amazon will take this issue seriously.
Last month, I met a buyer sent a message after he/she received the product, the message told me there's some quality problem and threaten to get full refund without returning, or gave 1 star on both seller profile and product listing. but no detail and pictures. I agree to give all money back but return the product. then my listing get a 1 star review. it's a disaster for a new listing. I appealed but Amazon did nothing for it.
I think Amazon should process 1 start review carefully and cautiously, must there is reliable season.
To my surprised, i found some buyers are professional 1 star reviewers!!!!!

I am sorry to hear that the customer gave you a one star review for making them return the product. As you should have the proof that they stated they would do this in your buyer seller messaging, please create a case with a link to that message so you can show that they said this was going to happen if they didn't get to keep the product.
Please provide the case ID if you need help after they fully investigate.

The team replied back and let me know that they are investigating the issue. They may not provide us with an outcome due to confidentiality issues, but know that they will be looking into this and will take action they feel it is necessary.

Does the buyer's message not expressed clearly enough?
Or should I surrender to the threat?
This 1 star review is unfair and against the rules!
And it has a significant impact for my new listing!
I believe Amazon will take a right action for this case as soon as possible!

Please know that they are still reviewing, I just can't share any outcome due to confidentiality reasons, so all I can say is that they will take any action they feel is necessary.
While I can't share the outcome, continue to watch the listings and if you do not see any action in another week, please let me know so I can look further into this.

Unfortunately, the team will not provide me the outcome of their investigation due to confidentiality of the investigation. Unfortunately, I don't have any further information I can provide, but know that they do investigate all of the concerns that are sent to them.

Thank you very much although the answer is not the one i wait for! I don't understand what the investigation team did when they faced the fact!!!
Today, I just have a look all the reviews of Quantumx, who left 1 star review on my listing, he/she only give sellers 1 star ones.(FYI picture), isn't that strange???
I do hope Amazon do not condone those who use threatening means to defraud goods.

Unfortunately, I have done all I can and the final decision is up to the communities team. I have provided them all of these product reviews as well, but again, I cannot make them remove any reviews.
